Handmade Cotton String French Drum
Each of these unique string drum shades is handcrafted by Sarah Harley, founder of Loving String (est. 2020), in her West Dorset studio. Made from 100% cotton yarn tightly wound around a durable steel frame, every shade is individually designed and constructed by Sarah herself, a testament to considered craftsmanship.
Combining solid colours to make a single bold look, ‘Humble Pie' softens the traditional primary colours: Butter, Percy, Terracotta, and Balmy.
All Loving String shades are compatible with standard UK and EU light fittings (including BC and ES sizes). The drum shade has a duplex ring fitting. If you wish to use it for a lamp base a shade carrier is required if you wish to use it a ceiling pendant a spider converter is required
