Shipping policy

Delivery 

Your order will be sent to your chosen address within 3-5 working days. The price of delivery depends on the size and weight of the parcel. Our delivery operating hours are 10am-5pm Monday to Friday.

All orders placed are booked for collection on the next working day Monday to Friday. We do not offer weekend or bank holiday delivery. 

Please note; we do our utmost to guarantee deliveries within our stated time frame, however we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from third party couriers outside of our control. 

Should you wish to receive your order earlier, please contact our store via email or telephone and we will happily accommodate your delivery to the best of our ability.

Velvet Orders

Due to the delicate nature of velvet fabric, it must be packaged on a roll, rather than being folded which can lead to damaging creases. This means that velvet incurs a higher shipping rate of £20.
