To all our fellow customers, we have decided to reopen our online offering so we are now able to fulfill your orders and share our products.
That said, with the progression of the Corona Virus, we feel it is necessary to totally respect social isolation and distancing for the safe and well being of all therefore our physical store remains closed at this time.
Due to the above, we have made the following changes to our operations:
For all retail enquiries, please do contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a reduced team working to fulfill your online orders, and therefore may take longer to respond. In the meantime, we hope to assist you as much as we are able to.
Orders placed online will be sent out between Tuesday and Thursday each week. Orders placed outside of these times will be sent out the next working day.
We will not be accepting any returns during this period.
This refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
