Shopping with us during Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To our fellow customers, in line with the current government guidelines, our store will be closed from Wednesday 4th November at 7pm. However, our online store is open and shipping as normal. We will also be updating our website with new products daily to extend our offer.

Orders placed online will be sent out between Monday to Friday each week. Orders placed outside of these times will be sent out the next working day.  

We are also offering Click and Collect on all items online. Simply choose 'Collect from store' at checkout. Orders will then be available for pickup from Monday to Friday 12pm - 4pm, Saturday 12pm - 3pm. 

Please be aware these times may vary, dependant on demand. 

Online Enquiries
For all retail enquiries, please do contact We have a reduced team working to fulfil your online orders, and therefore may take longer to respond. In the meantime, we hope to assist you as much as we are able to.

We will not be accepting any returns during this period. 
This refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Unfortunately our bespoke team are unable to answer phone calls to the shop.
