To all our fellow customers, we have decided to reopen our online offering so we are now able to fulfill your orders and share our products using Click and Collect.
That said, with the progression of the Corona Virus, we feel it is necessary to totally respect social isolation and distancing for the safe and well being of all therefore our physical store remains closed until June 15th, when we will be re-opening our doors.
Due to the above, we have made the following changes to our operations:
Orders placed online will be sent out between Tuesday and Thursday each week. Orders placed outside of these times will be sent out the next working day.
We are also offering Click and Collect on all items online. Simply choose 'Collect from store' at checkout. Orders will then be available for pickup from 11 - 2pm every day.
For all retail enquiries, please do contact email@example.com. We have a reduced team working to fulfill your online orders, and therefore may take longer to respond. In the meantime, we hope to assist you as much as we are able to.
We will not be accepting any returns during this period.
This refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
